肉碎炒蛋

食谱:May Chong
这是一个很简单的家常炒蛋,加入肉碎可说是别一般的口感,好吃!
材料A
鸡蛋(打散) 4粒
盐和胡椒粉 适量
材料B
肉碎 100克
红萝卜(去皮,切丝) 50克
青葱(切粒) 50克
做法:
1. 平底锅烧热哟2汤匙油,放入材料B炒熟。
2.材料A拌匀,然后淋匀在做法1上,拌炒至金黄。
3.盛起,即可趁热食用。



Fried Egg With Minced Pork
Ingredients A
4 pcs eggs (beaten )
Appropriate amount of salt and pepper
Ingredients B
100g minced pork
50g carrot (peeled and shredded)
50g spring onion (chopped)
Method:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in pan, add in ingredients B and stir fry until cooked.
2. Mix ingredients A and pour it onto Method 1, stir fry until golden brown.
3. Dish up and serve hot.
