♡黑胡椒梅肉♡

♡黑胡椒梅肉♡ 
材料:
500g 猪梅肉,1粒大葱切段,
1大匙黑胡椒酱
腌料:
1/2 匙盐, 1大匙生抽,
3大匙粟粉
调味料:
2大匙生抽,1小匙糖,4大匙水
做法:
1. 猪肉加入腌料拌均,腌30分钟。
2 . 烧热油锅,放入肉炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油分。
3. 留1大匙油炒香大葱,加入黑胡椒酱炒香,
再加入调味料和肉块炒均匀,就可上碟享用。

Fried meat with black pepper recipe
Material:
500g pig meat, 1 onion cut into sections,
1 tablespoon black pepper sauce

Marinade:
One-second teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce,
3 tablespoons cornstarch

Seasoning:
2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 4 tablespoons water

Method:
1. Mix well the pork and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Fried meat until golden brown, remove and set aside.
3.Fried onion and add black pepper sauce,
then add seasonings and meat fried evenly, serve hot.
